Certain features of the software are protected by application key files which need to be installed. Without installing at least one key (that we ship to you with the software), you will not be able to connect to a device.

Click on File – Install Application Key and navigate to your application key. The software acknowledges the successful installation and you can directly use the new features without having to restart the application.
